1. What we collect

We collect the data needed to run the Service:

• account details (name, email) provided at sign-up;
• images you upload and the outputs you generate;
• usage and billing records, including credit transactions;
• basic technical logs (IP, user agent) for security and abuse prevention.

2. How we use it

We use your data to provide and improve the Service, process generations, bill credits, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Image processing

Images you submit are sent to our generation backend to produce your outputs. Inputs and outputs are stored in object storage so you can retrieve them; you can request deletion of your generations at any time.

4. Sub-processors

We rely on infrastructure and model providers to operate the Service (hosting, object storage, payment processing, and AI model inference). These providers process data only to deliver their part of the Service.

5. Retention

We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as required by law. Generated images are retained until you delete them or close your account.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@embellify.com.
